Heritage Significance:

One of the great Colonial houses in Australia, built in 1838 by James Cox. Situated on the banks of the South Esk River with extensive formal gardens and parkland. Complex includes farm complex with service wing, woolshed, stables, coach house, convict barracks and guardhouse, and stone barn
