A two storey Georgian architectural style residence and its associated buildings. 'Oak Lodge' (c1830). 'Oak Lodge' was once the home of Richmond's noted American-born doctor, William Clark. Now owned by the National Trust of Australia (Tasmania), it houses the Coal River Valley Historical Society Inc.
