Penghana Appeal

Aims: Conservation, maintenance and development of Penghana, and its grounds
Address: 32 The Esplanade, Queenstown
Heritage Significance:

A two storey brick house built in 1895 complimented by fine gardens. This building was Mt. Lyell Company’s original Manager’s residence Robert Carl Sticht, metallurgist and mining engineer. The iron roof has projecting gables with shingled infill and attic windows
